CUSM practices a rolling admission process whereby students are offered acceptance throughout the interview season. Applicants are typically notified of decisions regarding their applications within three weeks of the review of their submission. Notification timing may vary depending on the number of applications currently being processed. Decisions will be communicated via email. You will receive official notification of decisions via email from the Office of Admissions.

Acceptance

The acceptance decision will be communicated to the candidates via the CUSM Acceptance Letter. A registration deposit ($100, refundable until April 30) is due within seven (7) days of receipt of the Acceptance Letter to reserve a class spot.

Deferment

Applicants who receive an acceptance letter to CUSM may request deferral of matriculation for one year and only for extenuating severe circumstances. Requests for deferment are reviewed by the admissions committee, whose decision is final.

Wait List

The acceptance process will repeat after each interview cycle until the incoming class is filled. If positions are still available in the incoming class after May 15 of the matriculation year, waitlisted applicants will be offered the remaining spots until the class is filled.

Rejections

All applicants who were neither accepted nor waitlisted will be informed of their status.
